⚙ Manager Settings
Click a name to set their Role(s) and Allowed Projects.
A Role (e.g. "BIM Specialist", "AI Engineer", "Developer") carries two independent restrictions. Categories — the Requests-tab category (Revit Support, Family Creation, etc.) — controls the Requests tab's Add form. My-To-Do Task Groups controls which sections (Wrike Tasks / Manual Tasks / Other Tasks) show up in that person's My-To-Do — Tracker Tasks always shows for everyone since it's synced live from Requests. An assignee can hold multiple Roles; what's available to them is the union of every Role they hold. Leave either list empty on a Role to impose no restriction for anyone who only holds that Role.

My-To-Do Task Groups
These are the section groups shown in every My-To-Do (Sheet/Gantt/Table/Workload) — add new ones, rename existing ones, or delete unused ones. "Tracker Tasks" is fixed and can't be renamed or removed since it's synced live from the Requests tab.
These are Manager Settings — team-wide defaults and configuration (visible only to managers). Each specialist has their own separate My Settings tab, under their name, for personal display preferences that only affect what they see.

Team Tab Access
Control which tabs each person sees, in a clear grid. Click × on a chip to hide that tab for them; use "Grant a tab" to give someone access to another assignee's My-To-Do or Overdue tab (e.g. for coverage). Managers see every tab by default. Once someone can see more than one specialist's tabs, use "Grouping" to bundle each specialist's tabs into its own dropdown (like the manager view) instead of listing them all flat — "Auto" does this automatically as soon as a person has 2+ specialists visible.
Admins & Reporting
Admins are a tier below Manager: add someone as an admin below, then check which specialists report to them. An admin automatically gets their team's My-To-Do/Overdue/Dashboard tabs (no separate grant needed), plus the ⋮ context menu (Duplicate/Move/Convert/Delete) on their team's tasks in Sheet, Gantt and Table — but nothing outside their team, and none of the manager-only tabs (Dashboard/Workload/Manage). A specialist can report to more than one admin. Managers still see and control everyone.
Task Statuses
These are the statuses offered everywhere a task's status is picked (Add Task, bulk add, Sheet/Gantt/Table). "No dates" hides and clears Start/Due when that status is chosen — for statuses like TBC where timing isn't set yet. "Highlight" gives that status's rows a distinguishing background everywhere they appear, so they stand out at a glance.
My-To-Do Permissions
Only managers and admins can edit My-To-DoSpecialists can still view their own Sheet/Gantt/Table, but can't edit any cell or use the ⋮ menu there. They can still use "+ Add" to add their own tasks/milestones. Off restores a specialist editing their own tasks (the original behavior).
Fields specialists can still editEven with the above on, check any field here to hand it back to specialists on their own tasks — everything else on the row (and the ⋮ menu) stays locked. Has no effect if the setting above is off.
Email Settings
Turn individual email types on or off, and set what time the daily summaries go out. These are global switches — the per-request "notify" checkboxes still control whether an individual email fires, but only when the matching type below is on. (This is email specifically — for the in-app 🔔 notification bell, see "Notification Center Settings" below.)

Daily My-To-Do summary
Both daily-summary toggles above now feed ONE combined email per specialist (Requests section + My-To-Do section) rather than two separate emails.

Full subject/body wording isn't editable here yet — emails use the built-in ATA-branded template. Let me know if specific wording needs to change and I'll adjust the template directly.
Notification Center Settings
These control the in-app 🔔 bell/notification panel only — separate from email above. Turning a type off here just stops it from appearing in the bell panel; the matching email (if on) still sends.

Tab Names & Order
Every row below is one TOP-LEVEL tab: the shared tabs (Requests, Dashboard, Workload, Manage) and one row per specialist's whole tab group. Use ▲/▼ to reorder these top-level rows — that only changes the order along the top bar, it does NOT touch the fixed My-To-Do → Overdue → Dashboard → My Settings order inside a specialist's group. "Manager sees" / "Specialist sees" are just the label shown on that tab for each audience — leave either blank to use the default name.
Click a specialist's name (with the "specialist ▾" tag) to expand their row and rename their My-To-Do/Overdue/Dashboard/Settings tabs individually, without affecting anyone else's.
Personal Dashboard Widgets
Choose which sections show on each specialist's own "My Dashboard" tab.
