Privacy and access information

This page explains how the ATA BIM Tracker workspace operates. For company privacy requirements or data requests, contact your ATA Engineering IT team or BIM Management Unit.

Work-account sign-in

Google verifies your work-account identity. The application uses that identity to determine your access and maintains a sign-in session using an essential session cookie.

Workspace information

The workspace processes work-account names and email addresses, BIM requests, project tasks, comments, meetings, training records and family information entered or connected by authorized users.

Connected services

The application uses Google Cloud hosting and data services. Configured connections may use Google Drive for family images, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Platform Services for families and previews, and Azure DevOps for linked project tasks. Access to connected files follows the relevant service permissions.

Local preferences and caching

Your browser may store display preferences and cached workspace data to improve loading. Authorized access is still required for private application data.

Access and support

The public information pages describe the application. Project records and private files require authorization. Contact your company IT team or BIM Management Unit for access changes or questions about company data handling and retention.
